Turning PDF pages into images
You need to convert a PDF to an image when you want to post a page on social media, send it on WhatsApp, drop it into a presentation or upload it to a form that only accepts pictures. A screenshot seems easy, but the resolution is low and the edges often get cropped.

Resolution, format and limits
150 DPI: An A4 page becomes an image of roughly 1240 × 1754 pixels – sharp enough for reading on screen, sharing and presentations.
PNG or JPG: PNG is lossless, so text and lines stay sharp. JPG makes much smaller files for pages with photos or scans. You choose the format before converting.
Multi-page documents: Each page is added to the ZIP archive as a separate file with the page number in its name, so the order never gets mixed up.
Size limit: Up to 25 MB per PDF. ZIP archives for long documents can be large; if you only need a few pages, split them out first with the Split PDF tool.

Privacy and automatic deletion
Your files are sent to our server over an encrypted HTTPS connection. The original file you upload is deleted as soon as processing finishes. The result file is kept only briefly so you can download it: an automatic clean-up job runs every minute and permanently deletes files older than 10 minutes. We therefore recommend downloading your result as soon as it is ready.
The download link only works for the user or browser session that started the job, and your files are never shared with other users. Our job log stores only details such as the file name, size and type of operation, never the file itself.

Can I save a PDF as JPG?
Yes. Before converting, pick JPG under “Which format?”; each page becomes a separate JPG file.
What resolution are the images?
Pages are rendered at 150 DPI; an A4 page is about 1240 × 1754 pixels, which gives a clear result for reading on screen and sharing.
What happens with multi-page PDFs?
Each page becomes a separate image and all images are downloaded together in one ZIP archive. Single-page PDFs are downloaded directly as an image.
How do I open the ZIP file?
On Windows and macOS just double-click it. On Android use a file manager, and on iPhone the Files app can open ZIP archives.
Can I convert just one page?
The tool converts all pages. Use only the image you need from the ZIP archive, or split the page out first with the Split PDF tool and convert just that file.
Do you keep my files?
No. The uploaded PDF is deleted when processing finishes, and the images are removed from the server automatically within a few minutes.
