Why organise PDF pages?
Scanned documents often have blank pages or pages in the wrong order, merged reports pick up unnecessary attachments, and contracts contain pages you'd rather not share. Fixing these pages usually takes a paid PDF program.
The Organise PDF tool shows every page of your PDF as a thumbnail. You tap the pages you want to delete and change their order with the ‹ › buttons; the screen shows what will stay and what will be deleted. When you confirm, the remaining pages become a new PDF in the order you chose.
Pages are not re-encoded: text stays selectable and image quality doesn't change. The content of deleted pages isn't hidden in the new file; it is removed completely.
02
How to organise PDF pages in 3 steps
Upload your PDF: Drag your file into the area above or click to select it (up to 25 MB). The pages appear as thumbnails.
Organise: Tap the pages you want to delete; move pages left or right with the ‹ › buttons. On the keyboard you can also use the arrow keys, Enter and Alt + arrow keys. “Reset” undoes all your changes.
Download the new PDF: Click “Create new PDF”; the remaining pages are downloaded as a single PDF in the order you chose.
03
When is it useful?
Fixing scans: Deleting blank pages added by the scanner and putting pages scanned in reverse order back in the right order.
Preparing an application: Removing unnecessary pages from merged documents and creating a single PDF in the order required.
Cleaning up before sharing: Taking out pages with personal information from a contract, invoice or report before sending it to the other party.
Presentations and catalogues: Rearranging a presentation or a product catalogue by changing the order of its pages.
Making the file smaller: Deleting unused pages so the file fits email and upload limits more easily.
04
Quality, privacy and limits
Lossless: Pages are not re-encoded; text, images and resolution stay exactly as they are.
Deleted content is really gone: The text and images of deleted pages aren't hidden in the new file; they are removed from it completely.
Thumbnails in your browser: Page previews are drawn on your device. For documents longer than 400 pages, you can type page numbers such as “1-3, 7” instead of using thumbnails to say which pages to keep or delete.
Encrypted PDFs: For PDFs that have an opening password, or whose changes are restricted by a permissions password, use the Unlock PDF tool first.
Limits: Up to 25 MB and 5,000 pages per file.
05
Privacy and automatic deletion
Your files are sent to our server over an encrypted HTTPS connection. The original file you upload is deleted as soon as processing finishes. The result file is kept only briefly so you can download it: an automatic clean-up job runs every minute and permanently deletes files older than 10 minutes. We therefore recommend downloading your result as soon as it is ready.
The download link only works for the user or browser session that started the job, and your files are never shared with other users. Our job log stores only details such as the file name, size and type of operation, never the file itself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is organising PDF pages free?
Yes. The tool is free and works without an account. Guests have a 24-hour usage allowance per tool; a free account lets you process more files.
How do I change the order of the pages?
Use the ‹ › buttons under each thumbnail to move a page one place to the left or right. On the keyboard, go to the page and press Alt + left arrow or Alt + right arrow.
Can I delete several pages at once?
Yes. Tap every page you want to delete; they are all marked, and the screen shows how many pages will remain. You can't delete every page; at least one page has to stay.
Does the quality drop?
No. Pages are not re-encoded; text stays selectable, and image quality and resolution don't change.
Does the content of deleted pages stay in the file?
No. The text and images of deleted pages aren't just hidden; they are removed from the new PDF completely.
What happens with very long PDFs?
Up to 400 pages, every page is shown as a thumbnail. For longer documents, you can type page numbers such as “1-3, 7, 10-” to say which pages to keep or delete.
Is my PDF stored?
No. Your uploaded PDF is deleted from the server as soon as processing finishes. The new PDF is kept only so you can download it and is deleted automatically within about 10 minutes.
