    Why merge PDFs?

    Application documents, invoices, contract appendices and lecture notes tend to pile up as separate PDFs. Collecting them into one tidy file instead of sending them one by one makes life easier for you and the recipient.

    With the Merge PDF tool you upload two or more PDFs, set their order and combine them with one click. Pages keep their original content, and no watermark or extra page is added.

    How to merge PDFs in 3 steps

    1. Add files: Drag your PDFs onto the box above or click to choose them. Use “Add files” to add more at any time.

    2. Sort: Use the ▲ and ▼ buttons next to each file to set the order, and ✕ to remove a file.

    Features and limits

    • Quality is kept: Pages are combined without being converted to images; text stays selectable and every page keeps its own size.

    • At least two files: You need at least two valid PDFs. Files that are not PDFs or are damaged are left out.

    • Total upload limit: All files are uploaded together, so their combined size should not exceed about 25 MB.

    • Order: Files are merged in the order shown in the list – the first file’s pages come first.

    Privacy and automatic deletion

    Your files are sent to our server over an encrypted HTTPS connection. The original file you upload is deleted as soon as processing finishes. The result file is kept only briefly so you can download it: an automatic clean-up job runs every minute and permanently deletes files older than 10 minutes. We therefore recommend downloading your result as soon as it is ready.

    The download link only works for the user or browser session that started the job, and your files are never shared with other users. Our job log stores only details such as the file name, size and type of operation, never the file itself.

    Yes. A4, Letter and landscape pages can be merged together, and each page keeps its own size.

    Are my files safe?

    Files are uploaded over HTTPS; the source PDFs are deleted when merging finishes and the merged file is removed automatically within a few minutes.
