Why combine screenshots into one PDF?
We often take screenshot after screenshot to capture a conversation, a payment receipt, the steps of an order or an error. Sending them one by one means the order gets mixed up on the other end and some get overlooked; many organisations, support teams and application forms also ask for documents as a single PDF.
This tool combines your screenshots into one PDF in the order you choose. On this page, the “Fit to image” page size is selected by default: each page is created in the screenshot's own proportions, so a tall phone screen doesn't end up in the middle of an A4 page with empty space on both sides. Images are kept at roughly 200 DPI for their size on the page, so small text stays legible.
iPhone and Android screenshots (PNG), Windows and Mac screen captures, and JPG, WEBP and HEIC files can be mixed in the same list. You can upload up to 20 images and 25 MB in total at a time.

How to turn screenshots into a PDF in 4 steps
Choose your screenshots: On a phone, tap the select button and tick several images in the “Screenshots” album of your photo library; on a computer, drag the files into the area.
Set the order: Images are listed in the order you selected them. Change the order with the ▲ ▼ buttons (on a computer you can also drag the thumbnails) and remove any you don't need with ✕.
Check the page settings: “Fit to image” makes each page match the image's own proportions; if you're going to print, choose A4 or US Letter. The margin is set to “None” by default; for a document you'll print on paper, a “Small” margin is easier to read.
Download the PDF: Click “Convert to PDF”; all the images are combined into one PDF. The file name comes from the first image in the list.

When do you need screenshots as a PDF?
Bringing conversations together: Collecting screenshots of WhatsApp, SMS or email conversations in order in a single file to send to a lawyer, an employer or an organisation.
Proof of payment or order: Sending a bank transfer (Havale/EFT) receipt, an order confirmation or a return request to customer service as one PDF.
Reporting a bug: Passing screenshots that show the steps of an app error to a support team or developer, in the right order.
Lecture and presentation notes: Keeping captures from an online class or a presentation in one file as lecture notes.
Forms that want a PDF: Being able to upload the screen of an app that has no PDF download option to an application form that only accepts PDF.
04
Sharpness, page size and limits
Text stays legible: Images are kept at up to roughly 200 DPI for their size on the page; larger images are scaled down to that resolution, and smaller ones are never artificially upscaled. PNG screenshots are embedded losslessly if lossless compression doesn't make the file too large, and as high-quality JPEG if it does; long phone screenshots that get scaled down usually end up as JPEG, which keeps the PDF at a reasonable size.
Fit to image: The page takes the screenshot's proportions, with its long side no longer than the long side of an A4 page. Portrait phone screens become portrait pages and landscape computer screens become landscape pages; with the margin set to “None”, no white space is left around the edges.
Long (scrolling) screenshots: Long screenshots that capture a whole page in one image are fitted onto a single PDF page; if the image is very long, the text ends up small. When sharing a long chat, taking several normal screenshots gives a more readable result.
Privacy: Metadata in the image, such as location and device information, isn't carried over to the PDF. If there's a number or name in the image you want to hide, you can black it out permanently with the Redact PDF tool after creating the PDF.
Limits: Up to 20 images and 25 MB in total at a time; PNGs above 50 megapixels are rejected for security reasons. Pages are added as images; to make the text selectable, run the resulting PDF through the OCR PDF tool.

Privacy and automatic deletion
Your files are sent to our server over an encrypted HTTPS connection. The original file you upload is deleted as soon as processing finishes. The result file is kept only briefly so you can download it: an automatic clean-up job runs every minute and permanently deletes files older than 10 minutes. We therefore recommend downloading your result as soon as it is ready.
The download link only works for the user or browser session that started the job, and your files are never shared with other users. Our job log stores only details such as the file name, size and type of operation, never the file itself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I turn several screenshots into one PDF?
Yes. You can upload up to 20 screenshots at once; each one becomes its own page, and they are all combined into one PDF in the order of the list.
How do I select screenshots on an iPhone?
Tap the select button to open your photo library, go to “Screenshots” under “Albums” and tick the images you want. The images appear in the list, and you can change their order with the ▲ ▼ buttons.
Where are screenshots on Android?
They're usually in the “Screenshots” album in Gallery or Google Photos; in a file manager, they're in the Pictures/Screenshots or DCIM/Screenshots folder.
Why are the pages screen-sized rather than A4?
On this page, “Fit to image” is selected by default, so each page takes the screenshot's proportions and the text stays as large as possible. If you're going to print, choose A4 as the page size: the image is centred on the A4 page.
Why does the text in a long screenshot look small?
Each image is fitted onto a single page. When a very long scrolling screenshot is squeezed onto one page, the text gets smaller. For a more readable PDF, use several normal screenshots instead of one long one.
Will the text in my screenshots get blurry?
Usually not. Images are kept at roughly 200 DPI for their size on the page, which is enough to read small text on screen and on paper. If lossless compression would make the file much larger, the image is stored as high-quality JPEG; up close, you may notice a slight softening around the edges of the letters.
Can I copy the text in the PDF?
No, the pages are added as images. To make the text selectable and searchable, run the resulting PDF through the OCR PDF tool.
Is it free, and are my images stored?
The tool is free and works without an account; guests can use it 20 times in 24 hours. Your uploaded images are deleted from the server as soon as the PDF has been created; the PDF is kept only so you can download it and is deleted automatically within about 10 minutes.
